Company Sample Requests |

U. S. Silica Company will provide small
samples of our material at no cost to current and prospective
customers within the U.S. for testing purposes. In order to efficiently
service all customers, we ask that you please follow the following guidelines: |

1. |
Our standard silica sample size is 2 lbs.
All sample requests over 10 lbs. will be shipped collect. We request the customer supply a UPS account
number and provide shipping expenses. FLORISIL®
sample size is 50 grams. Samples are at no cost. |

2. |
Samples of fifty lbs. or more
require prior approval from a sales manager. Upon such a
request, a sales manager may contact you. This does not include Test Sands or Pool Filter Sands. |

3. |
In
order to maintain costs and provide the best possible service, we
provide samples for test purposes and potential customer
applications only. Should you wish to purchase small
quantities of any of our materials, we will be happy to provide you
with a source for such purchases. |

4. |
All export (including Alaska, Canada,
Caribbean, Hawaii and Mexico) sample requests will be shipped
collect. Please provide the appropriate EXPORT UPS/Federal Express account number when requesting the sample(s). |
