Our standard for excellence is maintained through
our ISO 9000 registered Quality Systems at our mining and processing
facilities. We also maintain a corporate wide Quality Assurance Database
that allows for easy access and
analysis of product and process data from all plants. In order
to serve both our plants and customers, we maintain a fully staffed
and equipped Corporate Laboratory to provide critical
analytical and technical services.
The effective quality systems in place ensure our ability to meet
customer requirements. But, we do not stand still.
By listening carefully to our customers and surveying the market
place, we are able to constantly improve our process and products
providing better quality, increased cost savings and most
importantly - customer satisfaction!
