Reports to the plant manager and is responsible
for production operations at both the North and South plants. Must
have a strong background in mineral processing with management
experience. Would be responsible for process improvements and
managing the direct staff reports for this union facility.
Process Engineer - Mill Creek, OK
Reports directly to the plant manager. This
position requires complete command PLC applications and process
improvement experience with a proven track record. The position is
also responsible for plant level computer network and the management
of various internal work crews and external contractors as they
relate to process improvement projects.
Corp Logistic Transportation Manager -
Headquarters Berkeley Springs, WV
This position has complete responsibility for
rail service and contract negotiations. The successful candidate
should have excellent computer skills and a good working knowledge
of rail logistics software. They must be able to work independently
and be able to advance to higher levels of logistics management. A
proven track record of successful rate negotiations and the ability
to apply creative solutions are a must. The position reports
directly to the VP of Logistics and National Accounts.
Maintenance Superintendent - (1)
Mauricetown, NJ (1) Pacific, MO
This position reports directly to the plant
manager. Has responsibility for the direction of the hourly
maintenance personnel of this unionized facility. Has complete
responsibility for day-to-day preventative maintenance and repair,
as well as project management and outside contractors. Must have
experience in positions of similar responsibility and good working
and demonstratable knowledge of PLC's and computer software.
Corporate IT Manager - Berkeley Springs, WV
This position reports directly to the VP of
Finance. Charged with the responsibility of managing the corporate
network hardware and software through the management of an outside
vendor service (EDS). Must be well versed in all aspects of the
latest technology and be able to provide counsel and set direction
for the company's use of their current and future technology. Must
be able to interact with all levels of management.
